McKevlin’s Surf Shoppe 60th Anniversary

McKevlin’s Surf Shoppe wanted to do t-shirt designs for their anniversary. They wanted a photo added, which they provided, and had a specific layout in mind. Since these were to be screen printed, the design needed to be adjusted to be a vector and to be adjusted to retain some of the photo quality. For this I adjusted their initial photo and stylized it to be similar to designs from the 1960s, that had a limited palette.

For this project I used Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator. The final designs were screen printed with mix of solid and halftone areas.
